A Complete Program Designed By The Investor For The Investor

When is a deal a good deal?  When should you walk away from an investment opportunity?  How can you take the guessing out of the equation? Whether you are a new investor, a seasoned veteran, or just thinking about entering this exciting market, our May meeting is designed exactly for you.  Bill Larsen and Jim Streelman, Directors for Investor Programs at Home Again Restorations, will outline the entire process of real estate investing: business planning, property searches, investment analysis, mortgage programs, and exit strategies.  Their analytical approach takes the fear out of real estate investing, and gives you the opportunity to take advantage of their experience.  Handouts of various forms will be included.

Their program is specifically designed by investors for investors, and offers a complete package for both the new or experienced investor.  They offer cost-effective mortgage programs, overall business planning, property analysis reports, expected ROI, repair recommendations with costs, credit repair programs, rent-with option programs, and much more.
