Kane County REI strives to bring together the people who make up different aspects of the real estate investing community. Investors of all skill levels from the beginner to experienced with different interests, real estate brokers/agents, real estate attorneys, accountants, landlords and property managers, general contractors, appraisers, lenders...and you.
Membership includes monthly meetings and newsletters, networking and educational events, and members-only discounts.

Memberships

Individual $100 Basic membership for an individual.

Business $150 Individual plus business partner or spouse.

Vendor $200 Individual plus business partner or spouse; advertising space on web site and newsletters. Details

Guest Pass $10 Afraid of commitment? Attend a meeting for only $10 and see if you can take advantage of the many benefits. If you decide to join that night, your $10 guest pass will be applied toward your annual membership.

New membership applications will be accepted at the next meeting. If possible, please bring a completed membership form.
